Fun! Karaoke was happening when we went. Pizza was thin and tasty to our liking! Meatballs were delicious and lemon pepper wings! Service was fast and pleasant

Amazing service! The best thin crust pizza around! Delicious options - and so many. We had their Hot Honey Pizza and the Chicken Pizza with Riko's Secret Sauce. OMG! The secret is in the sauce! Pizza crust is so thin you don't feel full after! Will definitely come here again! And the nicest waitstaff!

Rikko’s Pizza delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every bite reminded us why great local restaurants deserve to be recognized and supported. A special shout-out goes to our waitress, Natya, whose customer service was nothing short of exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and made sure our entire dining experience was enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond for their guests, and Natya did exactly that. I also want to recognize the General Manager, Chuck, for his willingness to accommodate an off-the-menu special request. Rather than simply saying no, he took the time to make it happen, demonstrating the kind of customer-first attitude that sets great establishments apart from the rest. Excellent food, outstanding service, and management that truly cares about its customers. Rikko’s Pizza has earned loyal customers in us, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We went to Riko’s back when it first opened and then just went again now, several months later. They were not at their best when they first opened (we were there on Day 2) and my husband was resistant to going back but we are so glad we did! The food was delicious, hot, soda (Coke products!!!) was cold and fizzy with free refills. Our server Selina was fantastic, keeping my Diet Coke full constantly (such a must with hot oil pizza especially!), checking in to make sure we had what we needed. I can’t eat gluten, and she was careful to make sure the gluten free pizza was on the top rack of our pizza holder so it didn’t get crumbs from my husband’s regular. And speaking of gluten free pizza - it is very hard to get a crust that is crispy without being hard and brittle. I was truly impressed with this! I’d definitely recommend Riko’s for CT style thin crust pizza — definitely very different than NY style pizza, but incredibly delicious in its own right. And if you like a little bit of kick…. definitely try the hot oil.

We are a big fan of Dave’s next door so we were excited for Riko’s to open when we saw it under construction this summer. We were very pleasantly surprised with lunch service. Pizza is akin to that of Colony Grill with a wider variety of pizza toppings and menu options (including more appetizers, salads, and desserts). The less than one cm thin crust pizzas feature iconically crispy edges that delivery the perfect crunch in each bite. Each pie is perfect for sharing or claiming as personal depending on your level of hungry. With the many topping options you have full range to customize your perfect pizza. Atmosphere is upbeat and fun for families, friends, coworkers, a casual date, or grabbing a bite by yourself. Staff is friendly and attentive without being overwhelming or hovering too much. They have a full bar with flatscreen TVs to view games and sports highlights. Overall very well attended and clean atmosphere. I hope they stick around and the area.
